Oops!

Problem #1 ~Oven does not fit through door.

Solution#1 ~ Bakery will be in basement instead, since it has a wider door.

Problem #2 ~ We don't have the proper ampage.

Solution #2 ~ Shell out big bucks to fix it.

Getting Started

We are in the very early process of starting our organic bakery. Peter is in Quebec right now getting our commercial convection oven. He found an awesome deal on a large Hobart.

I am in the room that will be our bakery. It's a spare room and has been used as a dump zone for everything that we didn't want in the rest of the house, lol! We have a lot of cleaning and painting to do.

Peter is the head baker of the Earthsong Organic Bakery. He's personally researched and experimented with many recipes and has created many wonderful breads, pies and gourmet pizza.

I'm Kathy, his side kick, lol! But eager to learn.
